Electro-Voice launches “Be Electro-Voiced” Artist Contest in Asia Pacific

• EV is looking for six young singers or bands
• Win EV microphones and a loudspeaker system
• Pro Audio Asia partners EV in supporting young talents

Singapore, July 1, 2012: Young singers and bands throughout the Asia Pacific region will have an exciting opportunity to showcase their talents in an online contest organized by Electro-Voice (EV) on the EV Facebook fan page (http://www.electrovoice.com/be_electrovoiced).

In partnership with Pro Audio Asia, one of the leading professional audio technology magazines, EV is looking for six young singers or bands who will deliver the most impressive performance judged by EV panel of judges on Facebook. Contestants have to simply upload a short video of their performances onto the Facebook page. The winners, announced once every two months, will be endorsed by EV and receive a professional EV microphone. They will also stand a chance to win the grand prize of an EV Loudspeaker System.

The contest will run from 1 July 2012 till 30 June 2013. EV will share the most exciting news and performances with the readers of Pro Audio Asia.
