June 13th, 2012

Las Vegas, NV, June 13, 2012 -- Bosch Security Systems, Inc. and Electro-Voice will be among several member companies participating in an interoperability demonstration using AVB-enabled products at the AVnu Alliance Pavilion at the InfoComm 2012 trade show in Las Vegas.

Bosch Security Systems, Inc. is a member and active promoter of the AVnu Alliance. The AVnu Alliance, comprised of leading companies in audio/video technologies, certifies AVB-based devices for interoperability to enable “no compromise” A/V networks that are easier to implement than ever before.

At InfoComm 2012, Bosch Security Systems, Inc. will demonstrate AVB interoperability of networked A/V devices using their products. The AVnu Alliance will also host ongoing education sessions that showcase the benefits of AVB. These demonstrations and education sessions will be conducted at the AVnu Alliance Pavilion (booth C11039).

“We are very pleased to be able to participate in this event to showcase AVB, the power of standards initiatives, and the possibilities that open up when the industry works together toward a common goal,” says Ethan Wetzell, Platform Strategist at Bosch Security Systems and Global Product Manager for Electro-Voice DSP. “We believe that promoting interoperability and open standards will make it even easier for system designers and operators to use and benefit from the industry-leading solutions that Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, Telex, and RTS provide.”
