Electro-Voice is currently preparing for another stellar showing at prolight+sound in Frankfurt (March 12th-15th 2008). In addition to showing a host of new products, the company’s exhibition will include a fantastic prize giveaway and performances by national touring artists.
Electro-Voice will be presenting a host of exciting new products at prolight+sound 2008, including the innovative DC-One digital loudspeaker controller and latest generation in 12-inch two-way loudspeakers, Zx3. In addition to the new products shown at Booth E70 in Hall 4.1, there’ll be a generous helping of entertainment: a prize drawing will be among the highlights, along with live music in the industry renowned Agora tent and at the booth itself-all supplied by internationally recognized EV artist endorsers.
“Electro-Voice is currently preparing for another stellar showing at prolight+sound in Frankfurt (March 12th-15th 2008). ”
As in previous years, the Agora tent will be the epicenter of live music action, located in the piazza between Halls 3, 4, and 5. Word is sure to spread quickly about the new band built by drummer Wolf Simon, featuring ace-of-the-bass T.M. Stevens (Joe Cocker alumnus) and soul singer Bonita. “This year,“ says EVI Audio’s Robert Pletz, “we wanted to strike a rockier note. I think, with this band, we’ll do just that!“
“The shows will be in the best tradition of legends like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and Mother’s Finest,“ says Wolf Simon. “With T.M. Stevens alone, you’re guaranteed onstage fun, entertainment value, and serious groove.“
The Agora tent is run jointly by the musikmesse Frankfurt and Bosch Communications Systems brands Electro-Voice, Midas, Klark Teknik, and Dynacord (EVI Audio) and has established a reputation as a live venue of the highest caliber over the course of the last several years. In terms of atmosphere and the quality of the musical performances presented there, the Agora tent can hold its own with the very best clubs in the world! And, of course, the sound quality in the venue is beyond dispute; Bosch Communications Systems will once again deploy its finest sound reinforcement systems for an unmatched concert experience: on Stage 1, the compact XLE system from Electro-Voice; on Stages 2 and 3 (Bonita and the band), a DYNACORD VariLine system mixed via two MIDAS XL8 digital consoles.
Please make sure to stop by Booth E70, Hall 4.1 to see and hear the most outstanding products available in the professional audio industry today!
